AI-Powered Multi-Store Marketplace Operations Platform
The Challenge
Sellers running multiple eBay stores for automotive parts had no way to ingest raw product data and images at scale, enrich them with accurate fitment and attributes, and publish across stores without a slow, error-prone manual listing process.
The Solution
We built a full ingestion pipeline: CSV/image ingestion, OpenAI vision and text extraction to identify parts and generate attributes, a human review queue before anything publishes, and direct multi-store eBay integration with OAuth, business policies, and per-store settings. Role-based access (super admin down to viewer) and full audit logging sit underneath all of it.
The Results
- Two connected stores alone carry tens of thousands of active, synced listings.
- AI enrichment plus a human review queue replaced fully manual listing entry.
- 319 commits of continuous iteration over 5 months — still actively maintained today.
