The Challenge

The client ran on ERPNext, but its default Desk UI didn't match how their sales, purchasing, and finance teams actually worked — reports were generic, and the interface wasn't built for a trading business's daily rhythm of sales orders, purchase orders, and aging receivables.

The Solution

We kept ERPNext/Frappe as the system of record but replaced the Desk UI entirely with a custom React frontend, added 37+ purpose-built reports and a report builder, and layered in customer statements with aging buckets, grouped invoicing, and delivery challans.

The Results

Replaced ERPNext's generic Desk UI with an interface built around how the business actually sells and buys.
A validation run processed 472 sales invoices, 224 purchase invoices, and 589 payment entries without issue.
Actively developed for months, with customer statement and invoicing features shipped recently.
