Custom ERP for a Trading & Distribution Business
The Challenge
The client ran on ERPNext, but its default Desk UI didn't match how their sales, purchasing, and finance teams actually worked — reports were generic, and the interface wasn't built for a trading business's daily rhythm of sales orders, purchase orders, and aging receivables.

The Solution
We kept ERPNext/Frappe as the system of record but replaced the Desk UI entirely with a custom React frontend, added 37+ purpose-built reports and a report builder, and layered in customer statements with aging buckets, grouped invoicing, and delivery challans.
The Results
- Replaced ERPNext's generic Desk UI with an interface built around how the business actually sells and buys.
- A validation run processed 472 sales invoices, 224 purchase invoices, and 589 payment entries without issue.
- Actively developed for months, with customer statement and invoicing features shipped recently.
